Our Quality Assurance programme is continually monitored and up-graded to ensure that:
- Inspections of client sites are carried out on on a regular basis
- Customer telephone contact is maintained on a regular basis between inspections
- At the conclusion of each inspection, a detailed inspection report is available with a copy for the client and for our cleaning staff
Our Customer Services Database (CSD), logs all discussions and contact with each client, therefore a complete client history can be referred to at any time.
Our database also allows us to schedule all required periodical duties i.e., carpet, hard surface & window cleaning, without client involvement.
